Richard Bogielski brings 38 years of experience as a licensed school psychologist, with a practice history spanning clinical and hospital settings (including Dartmouth Medical School, the Medical College of Ohio, and Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals) prior to decades of district-based work in threat assessment, crisis intervention, and behavioral health program development.
He has designed and led behavioral threat assessment teams, crisis response protocols, and staff training programs for K-12 districts, working at the intersection of clinical judgment and public-sector accountability.
